For every four boys there is only 1 girl diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome. This is a group where Moms of girls with Aspergers can meet to share information and experiences. Moms of daughters anywhere on the spectrum are welcome as well.

For our 'Tween age children (very roughly ages 8-14) whose lives are affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders (Asperger Syndrome, Pervasive Developmental Disorder-NOS, High Functioning Autism), and Nonverbal Learning Disabilities with ongoing, regularly scheduled activities that offer them the opportunity to interact and socialize with their peers.

This group is for learning disabled adults age 20 to 40 who fall between the cracks, too high functioning for most disabled groups but a little slow for regular groups, who are interested in finding new friends and activities.
